These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of theflorae.meavajewels.com and purchases from The Florae. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.

Using this website

You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or use our content or services to infringe another person’s rights.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and proportions may vary slightly by screen, lighting and the handmade arrangement process. Faux stems may be gently reshaped after unpacking. Product availability and prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.

Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order, subject to applicable law. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or misuse of a promotion. If payment was taken, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices and currency are shown on the site. Taxes, delivery charges and any available discounts are displayed at checkout where applicable. You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown. For international deliveries, import charges may be payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Promotions

You may use the site for personal shopping only. No licence is granted for commercial copying, republication or creation of derivative works without written permission.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it is accurate, lawful and non-infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss caused by events reasonably beyond our control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer remedies.
